I am absolutely thrilled by Julia's customer service for me. I didn't realize it, but it was her day off and she helped me through a complicated problem. She was patient and kind to me. I am a beginning learner in this process. Julia went way out of her way to solve my problem. Thank you so much for your outstanding customer service, Julia. I also worked with Simon on a different problem just now which is a few months after I worked with Julia.. Simon was fantastic too.
