She identified that my store had multiple JSON-LD/schema sources running at the same time, explained the duplication issue clearly, and personally helped disable the unnecessary theme schema safely while keeping a backup. She also helped identify the GPTLab schema conflict and verified everything afterwards. After the changes, Google’s Rich Results Test showed valid Product, Merchant Listing, Breadcrumb and Review structured data with no errors. What impressed me most was that Julia didn’t just give instructions — she took the time to investigate the issue properly, explain what she was doing, and make sure everything was working correctly.
