Collection & Product Sort SMRT

I am not a computer person at all. My nephew installed SMRT for me and I was sure I would break something. Two months in, nothing has broken. The little grid where you move products around, I understand that. The setup screen at the start had too many words on it though.

I don't know why but this app simply does not work for me, it will not create new collections it still just get stuck at the filter even after they "fixed it". It also does not sync so it only shows old collections and nothing new has shown up for weeks. Maybe its incompatible with my theme or something, but it's kind of a nightmare to use unfortunately.

honestly SMRT saved my whole collections page. the shuffle thing is so satisfying to wach.

Ive been selling fashion online since 2011 and I have tried most of these sorting programs. SMRT is the one that stuck. The Sunday reset saves me from touching anything on the weekend, the templates stopped me redoing everything twice, out of stock rods vanish on their own, and the alerts land in my email like clockwork. Two things. The report screen needs bigger text for old eyes, and I would pay for a undo button.

Been running my kids clothing shop for four years and Shelfmonkey is the first thing thats actually saved me a Sunday. The drag and drop board makes sense right away, the pin feature keeps my new arrivals up top, and I like getting the weekly digest. Wish the phone version wasnt so squished.

Fair warning I'm picky about tools like this. The condition builder is properly deep, way more attributes than I expected, and nothing broke when I threw a 12k product store at it. Would like an API or webhook so I can trigger a resort from our ERP and a dark mode wouldnt hurt.

the reports are the bit I didnt expect to care about. turns out two of my collections do almost nothing and one carries everything. reorganized around that in an afternoon and sales are up.

took me ten minutes to redo three collections that used to eat my whole aftrenoon. good stuff

Manage six stores for clients and the filter conditions are what sold me, you can slice by tag, vendor, margin, whatever, and the collection just keeps itself current after that. No more Friday afternoon cleanup. one request from me would be scheduling, so a sale collection could build itself the night before and not at 9am.

We used to get customers emailing about things that were sold out and still showing. That doesn't happen anymore since the sold out ones drop off on their own. the email alerts when stock moves are handy too and I check the performance numbers most Mondays. Would love if those reports could be exported to a spreadsheet.

This has cleaned up my workflow quite a bit. Building a template once and dropping it onto new collections saves me repeating myself constantly. I also like that empty products get tucked away automatically. Two things though, the mobile experience feels clunky and I wish there was an undo button when a sort goes wrong.

The performance tracking is what sold me. i can actually see which collections pull their weight, and export the numbers for our monthly review no more guessing about what to feature.

Set it up to reorganize by best sellers every night and honestly havent thought about it since. Does its job quietly in the background which is all i really ask for.

Finally something that hides sold out products automaticaly, my collections look way cleaner now.

Been using this for a month on a catalog with several thousand skus. The segment builder pulls from way more attributes than i expected so I can slice things really precisely. Scheduling updates overnight means the shop is fresh every morning without me touching it. Getting inventory pings straight into Slack keeps my team in the loop. The dashboards are solid. Wish the export had more file formats though, and the scheduler could use a proper calendar view.

I pin my seasonal bestsellers right at the top and they stay put which is exactly what i wanted. Setting up a template once and reusing it for new drops has been a real timesaver.

Running three storefronts means I need sorting that actually holds up under pressure. The multi level rules let me stack conditions the way i think about products, and out of stock items just vanish on their own now. Reports export clean too. Only thing im missing is a way to preview changes before they go live.

Honestly didn't think a sorting app could do this much. Really impressed.

Run a baby clothing shop and the hide out of stock feature alone made it worth installing. Smart filters let me build segments by size and color which is exactly what I needed. Set up the overnight updates in a few minutes and havent touched it since. One ask would be an undo button for scheduled runs.
