I've been in contact with them on a number of occasions, and they have gone above and beyond each time to answer my queries. They've helped me install the app, and even taken the time to explain things that I, as an SEO newbie, have had difficulty with. They've also provided me with extra links and tools that I wouldn't have been able to find on my own. Fast, knowledgeable and friendly customer service every single time.
