The customer service representative, Radoslav, was absolutely fabulous—he took care of the things I didn’t understand and even pointed out an issue with my domain so I could get it sorted out with Shopify. Highly recommended for anyone looking to improve their SEO without the stress!

Best SEO app by far !

As a business owner, there is no way to run a business if the apps used are not working and there is no customer service. Half the time, I couldn't even get into this app (it wouldn't open). The other half of the time I spent days and days trying to get the app to work once it finally opened. There is no customer service. Not a good look. If a business takes your money and gives you nothing in return, that seems like a scam to me! I do not believe that star ratings that they claim.

We experienced an issue with our breadcrumb, likely caused by a previously installed app. I reached out to Smart SEO support team and received a response within minutes. Radoslav was extremely helpful and resolved the issue in under five minutes.

Not sure about the results now, as we did set up the app just a few minutes ago, but Radoslav has been super-helpful, very patient and did the most of the setup for us. He even checked the compatibility with out Impulse Theme and did minor adjustments to make the setup 100%. The app is easy to use. I am looking forward to the the results already.
