We recently started using the Smart SEO app and I am blown away by its capabilities! The platform is user-friendly and intuitive, allowing me to easily manage my SEO tasks and track my progress. But what really sets this app apart is their customer support team. They are truly exceptional - always responsive, helpful and knowledgeable. They go above and beyond to ensure that I am getting the most out of the app and that my SEO efforts are successful. I have had some complex issues that required personalized attention, and their support team worked tirelessly to help me solve them. Their attention to detail and prompt follow-up is really impressive. Overall, I highly recommend this app to anyone looking to improve their website's search engine ranking. The app itself is top-notch, and combined with their excellent customer support, it's a winning combination. Five stars all around!

I was a free user of Smart SEO for almost 2 years. Today, I needed support with duplicate meta tags on our products and pages. After Googling the issue myself, decided to take a chance and speak to the Smart SEO team. Rado from Smart SEO assisted with making theme changes and suggestions immediately (this considering we're a free user). Following the excellent support received, I'm glad to say we're now a paying Smart SEO customer :-)

Moved from SEO Manager as we could not get some support answers. This is a good app specifically useful for removing microdata. Have it on two sites and it has helped enormously with our structured data being approved. So I have to agree with all the previous reviewers. 5 stars.

Very good customer service, Lina was helpful and patient. App setup was fairly straightforward. We have just started using it so I can't give feedback on App's performance yet.

From what I can find there isn't a better SEO app for Shopify out there. This app provided all the features we were looking for to step up our SEO and their support team is sooooo helpful!!! They helped us out with some coding integration and getting our JSON-LD structured data setup, and it only took about 10-15 minutes to get rolling. Couldn't be happier!!!

The Guys at Smart SEO are great. They've educated me so much in terms of what Shopify does and doesn't do, what I need to do myself, how their app can help solve some problems etc... I think I contacted them 3 times now and each time they were super available and answered SEO questions without hesitation although it was outside the scope of the app itself. And of course the app itself is great!

I installed Smart SEO and forgot to turn off a JSON-LD file from another SEO App. This caused a critical error in Google Search Console where my product no longer showed in the Google Search results. I contacted Smart Seo and within a day (mind the time difference) it was fixed! But that is not all! Rado from Smart Seo went beyond the call of duty. Just read what else Rado fixed: Then I used its feature to clean microdata from your theme, and then I commented out (made inactive) a few scripts in your theme which were outputting duplicated JSON-LD structured data. At the end, I have disabled the JSON-LD feature of your TinyIMG SEO Image Optimizer & Speed app which you have installed. As you can see there are no longer errors in the structured data. Now that is customer service! I really recommend this app.

Shopify recommended 3-SEO Apps and one of them was Smart SEO. We decided to go with Smart SEO because they had over 1,000 reviews, a star rating of 4.9, SEO capabilities, and excellent customer reviews.....and were glad we did!! So far we are extremely satisfied with Smart SEO thanks to their very user-friendly SEO setup and 5-Star customer support. We will now see how Smart SEO performs in improving our SEO ranking but were confident they will be an important asset to our growth. Thank you Smart SEO!

They are doing fantastic job; I have been in online business more than 17 years, and I think these guys bingo for me. I have more online stores through Shopify and I will give my job to them. I hope in the future they will continue as today.

I find it hard to stay on top of SEO, but this app has really helped me with some of more tedious parts. The staff behind the app go above and beyond - they noticed some issues with code left behind by a previous app I tried and cleaned it all up for me so that I didn't have duplicate/conflicting tags on various pages. Definitely appreciate all the help they've given me.

Hey, this is amazing App!! Thanks to Lina and Rado my store is now running smoothly! They explained everything to me and helped me with optimizing and running all of the SEO tasks on my store !
