I really like this app! It helps me create structured data and rank better on Google. Their customer service is excellent. They are knowledgeable and responsive. In a word simplicity is how I define this app for SEO. Many of us who use Shopify are small entrepreneurs, we know about our business, but not about technicalities, so apps like Smart SEO are just what we need.

When I asked for support, they followed up with specific problem areas and fixed them for me. I have found it doesn't happen automatically though when I update my site. I have to ask for a problem check-up.

Just installed it and it fixed one of the most annoying issue I had (and couldn't fix after checking in many forums , Shopify support etc) - The problem of google rich result test finding errors in all of my pages - Either "offers", "review", or "aggregateRating" should be specified'. The Smart SEO app fixed it with a click of a button ! So for me it's already worth it

Had issue at bottom of website and the support team at Serpas Design was happy to help out and fixed it within minutes. Great support and Great Customer Support and always returns emails quickly. Smart SEO was great helping out with installation. I had old/leftover issues in my theme and they cleaned it out.

I've been using the app for a while and it is very easy to use, especially for those who do not feel comfortable with coding. Easy to install and set up. Excellent support - very professional and easy to communicate. Responds to all my questions very fast

Great and simple overview of all matters concerning SEO. Bulk editing would be better when a preview mode is available. So far I've only used the free version and that's sufficient for my current needs. Premium features seem worth it as well.

I use this Smart SEO along side with Translation Lab from this same developer to list my store in different languages, and so far their apps are the most easy, noob friendly and best results that I have dealt with after using a lot of apps before. Their support is very fast and very friendly. I must point out that their apps also points out errors for you in future, and they get the team to fix errors for free. Thanks a lot!

UPDATES: after some years I had some communication issue with the support but at the end they show their attitude and come back to me with the best possible support. VERY PROFESSIONAL TEAM FOR LONG-TERM PARTNERSHIPS. Thank you! Very good app and very nice people at the support team. Lately I am having hard time with support team of many shopify app , too many divas.. Well, this is not the case, they are very helpful and above all very polite. Well done!!! When your app will be huge and make a million a day, please keep a nice standard for the support team! :)
