Smart SEO AI & Image Optimizer

Ivailo is very helpful I love the fast response and support

Absolutely outstanding app and team! Smart SEO has been a game-changer for our store. The app is incredibly easy to use, and the improvements to our SEO and page speed were noticeable within days of installing it. But what really sets this apart is the support team — they went above and beyond to help us get everything configured perfectly, answering every question promptly and with real expertise. Highly recommend to any Shopify merchant looking to grow their organic traffic!

This is a great App, very easy to install, easily integrates with Shopify eCommerce store. It tremendously improves SEO for website ranking. I have been using the App for maybe 5 years now. I can boost page speed, upload sitemap on Google search console with ease. I can auto fix 404 user hits or broken links from the website. In fact, most of these operations are automated. The App scans for broken links on the website automatically. Another brilliant feature is the image optimization. Best of all is the helpful Support Team.

We have two stores. We use Smart SEO for one of them and I have to say they have a very well, all around pack for a very reasonable price. Support team is friendly and actually know how to troubleshoot when you receive that GSC or GMerchant emails. The only downside for me is the UX, which is a bit basic, but I know for a fact they are working on it. Once this is delivered, this will be an absolute must. They also play along very well with their other app T-Lab for translations, which is also a must for us.

Great service. They provide help whenever it is needed.

Ultra quick, real-person, assistance which fixed what I've been trying to work out all morning. Thank you.

Radoslav provided excellent support while helping me set up and optimize the SEO app on my Shopify store. He was knowledgeable, patient, and took the time to understand exactly what I needed. He also carried out a thorough audit of my website and recommended many valuable improvements that will make a real difference. His guidance made the whole process smooth and much easier than expected. I really appreciate his professionalism and clear explanations throughout. Highly recommended!

Ivailo from their support team has been nothing short of brilliant and has resolved numerous issues that would have taken hours to resolve. Definitely give this plugin a go

gut strukturiet

Ivailo went above and beyond to solve a complex JSON-LD duplication issue We had a tricky structured data problem — a duplicate Product JSON-LD block was causing errors across 212 pages in Google Search Console. Ivailo identified the root cause quickly and accurately, confirmed that the issue was coming from custom code we had added to our theme (not from Smart SEO), and guided us through the fix step by step. The support was fast, technically precise, and genuinely helpful. Smart SEO is already a great app, but having this level of customer support makes it even better. Highly recommended.

Review for Radoslav – Smart SEO Support that actually makes your life easier Radoslav has been outstanding. Smart SEO is already a strong app, but his support takes it to another level. He was clear, fast, and genuinely committed to helping us get things right — no generic replies, no back‑and‑forth delays, just practical guidance that solved the issue properly.

Hi, I was recently charged for the Smart SEO app subscription (Bill #509031541) after the trial period ended. This was unintentional, as I forgot to cancel the trial in time. I have already uninstalled the app and have not used it after the billing date. I kindly request you to consider a refund as a one-time exception. I would really appreciate your support in resolving this. Please let me know if any further details are required from my side. Thank you for your understanding. Best regards, Avneet

The SmartSEO app is very well done, but it had a few glitches that the app's team fixed very quickly.

Good All!

I’ve tried quite a few SEO apps, and this is the one I ended up sticking with. It’s not overly flashy, but it handles the important technical stuff without constant tweaking. The AI generations are very solid and save a lot of time, and the SEO audit gives a clear idea of what to work on next. The structured data is Google- and Schema.org-compliant, and the support team did a great job helping clean up our rich results errors. Overall, it simplifies things and keeps everything running smoothly in the background without any intervention. Thanks!

Radoslav was helpful and responsive. Quickly identified the source of a script conflict we'd been chasing and pointed us in the right direction. Good support.

Hello I hired a shopify assistant from fiverr, she installed app without my consent and I was charged for a year. Please guide how to get my money back? She was a fraud so what should I do? Thank you
