We have implemented Shipez in our store in Mexico and, more recently, in our store in Argentina, and the experience has been excellent in both cases. Excellent app and outstanding team. We have used it for 4.5 months to present accurate DHL shipping rates in new markets—without a direct DHL contract and while staying on a standard Shopify plan. The app handles our 10 shipping zones reliably. Setup effort and ongoing costs are reasonable, even for smaller businesses, which opens real opportunities for international sales. Support has been exceptional: we received prompt help with configuration, including on a Sunday. Special thanks to Brian and Hana for going above and beyond. Highly recommended for merchants expanding into new countries with zone-based pricing.
