Smart-Shipping-Rates has been a huge help for our store. The setup was straightforward, and the app handles even the more complex shipping scenarios without any issues. I really like how flexible the rate rules are — it lets us create shipping options that match our actual operations instead of being stuck with Shopify’s limitations. The calculated rates are accurate, fast, and show up cleanly at checkout, which gives customers a smoother experience. Support is also responsive and helpful whenever we have questions. Overall, it’s a solid app that delivers exactly what it promises. Highly recommended!

We have implemented Shipez in our store in Mexico and, more recently, in our store in Argentina, and the experience has been excellent in both cases. The platform works efficiently, adapts to our logistics needs, and has significantly improved our shipping process. The technical support deserves special recognition: always attentive, fast, and with the same quality of service both in Mexico and Argentina. Excellent app and outstanding team. We have used it for 4.5 months to present accurate DHL shipping rates in new markets—without a direct DHL contract and while staying on a standard Shopify plan. The app handles our 10 shipping zones reliably. Setup effort and ongoing costs are reasonable, even for smaller businesses, which opens real opportunities for international sales. Support has been exceptional: we received prompt help with configuration, including on a Sunday. Special thanks to Brian and Hana for going above and beyond. Highly recommended for merchants expanding into new countries with zone-based pricing.

Fantastic app with all the bells and whistles you could want (maybe some you didn’t even know you wanted ;) ). Best part is the support. We had a few configuration issues and the support went above and beyond to get it fixed in a timely manner. Nothing is as important in an app than support.

I’m really impressed with the support team for this app. Their response time is incredibly fast—almost every time I reach out, I get a reply within 10 minutes or less. It feels like they’re always ready and eager to help. What’s even better is that they fully understand my needs and deliver exactly what I’m looking for without any hassle. One of the key features I wanted was the ability to set different shipping fees for each product, and the app supports this perfectly. Thanks to this functionality, I can customize shipping costs easily according to each product’s requirements, which has been a huge benefit for managing my store efficiently.

I am new to e-commerce and needed a shipping app that could handle multiple flat rates for freight as well as multiple rates per order. The ShipEZ app does all of this. You can get by with the starter plan for multiple rates though to have multiple rates per order, that requires the next plan up. I was having trouble understanding how to load the rates as I am very inexperienced and contacted the app company in chat. To my surprise I got a real person, and I think it’s the owner. He was extremely knowledgeable and helpful and literally loaded 96 rates for me! And it’s all working great. You don’t see service like this much and it makes a big difference for someone like me. I can’t thank ShipEZ enough and wholeheartedly recommend them as your shipping app of choice. Thanks again ShipEZ. Your efforts matter.

This app is amazing. It's easy to set up, allows text translations, and even supports different currencies. But my favorite feature is the support! They reply really fast and have been very helpful. Definitely a 10-star app that has made our life so much easier

Highly recommend this app! The set up and integration was very easy. We have numerous shipping profiles based on various conditions including cart, customer, product and delivery zones and with ShipEZ we have finally found an app we can use that addresses all of the conditions we need. We also have a subscription app active on our store and whilst it wasn't clear at the start if this app was compatible, it has integrated seamlessly with our subscriptions app. We did have one small issue with a new shipping profile we introduced but the responsiveness and support was second to none and the issue was resolved quickly. Thanks Brian, your super speedy support is amazing!

This App is great & offers lots of flexibility. We have a fairly complex setup and on speaking with the support, we were quickly set up and ready to build our shipping rates. The customer support really was second to none - fantastic service.
