INCREDIBLE Customer Service! Beyond impressed and I don't say that ever.
Seamless shipping rate integration into a Shopify retail store that is also selling wholesale to stockists. Customer service people were extremely helpful as I am not great with shopify and the app installations - they assisted me to set it up. They also followed up to check it was working correctly after I tested the ordering sequence.

lots of functions and great support
Did exactly what I needed to for scaling my flat rate based on how many of a certain variant was in the cart. I wasn't able to get the set up to work myself, but I got very quick chat support and they set up it perfectly within minutes!
5-Star service from Reymer and the team. Helped answer our questions and actively found a solution in minutes, even setting it up for us without hesitation. Will be utilising SMART shipping further on our storefront and definitely reaching out to Reymar again if we need any support!

Fantastic support and service from Reymar and the Smart Shipping Rates team. We had a fairly complex shipping setup involving postcode-based Metro, Regional and Remote zones, weight-based rates, free shipping thresholds and multiple shipping options. Reymar was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process and had everything configured much faster than I expected. Overly complicated, does not automatically integrate with Shopify, been in a support chat for hours and still got no where.
Hey Lockinex Staff👋 I'm the founder. I read your review the day it came in, and the part that stuck with me was the hours you spent in our support chat without getting anywhere. However complicated a setup is, that should never happen, and that one's fully on us. I'm sorry 😔 It wasn't just words, by the way. Because of your feedback there's now a dedicated "Delivery profiles" tab in the app, so the exact thing our chat overcomplicated is a couple of clicks now, and I'm reworking the other confusing corners one by one. I also emailed you personally a while back but I suspect it never reached you, maybe it went to spam. If you're still around, write to me directly and I'll do your whole setup with you myself, however long it takes. After three hours in a chat, it's honestly the least I can do 🙂 Either way, thanks for the honest write-up. It genuinely changed how the app works.
Este app ha solucionado exactamente lo que necesitábamos para una operación de envíos compleja en Colombia: reglas por zona, contraentrega nacional y retiro en tienda conviviendo sin conflictos. La granularidad de condiciones y acciones es justo lo que un catálogo con logística mixta requiere. Pero lo que de verdad marca la diferencia es el soporte: tuvimos un caso en que una regla ocultaba el retiro en tienda, y un asesor lo entendió rápido y nos guió hasta la solución sin vueltas. Atención técnica, clara y resolutiva. Muy recomendada.
I have different shipping rates I wanted to show for items in specific collections and was unable to successfully display to customers using the regular set up in Shopify. However, with the SMART Shipping Rates & Rules app, I was easily able to set the rules up with the help of their partner!! It took no more than 5 minutes and they helped me achieve my goal and resolve the issue I was having. As a start up business, I was looking for a free app as well and this was perfect. I am so happy I found this and their service was fast and amazing.I look forward to using this app for my online store.
