My account was frozen today because I haven't paid my bill, there's extra charges on my account which I'm not going to pay for, it's your APP I've downloaded and uninstalled the same day, I have not used it ever, please can someone rectify my bill and credit my account immediately, this is unacceptable, I'm not paying money for something I haven't even used once!!!!!!!!
