A game changer for our personalized product shop. Smart Customizer delivered exactly what we needed. The 3D preview feature is smooth and has reduced 'back-and-forth' emails, as seeing designs update in real-time gives our buyers more confidence about what they are ordering/customizing. What really sets them apart is their comprehensive support. They reply quickly and we had the solutions for technical issues and the specific adaptations we requested. They even have a 3D modeling service, we sent over our products and technical drawings, and the final results look very good! While there are many settings to get used to at first, the interface is solid. Most importantly, the integration with Shopify works perfectly.

I can not say enough good things about this app and the support that they give. I felt like what I was asking for would be handful and I reached out a few times and they were friendly and more than helpful with all of my needs. The app once I got it down I was able to turn and burn custom templates for all my products and tested the print files after and I am more than happy with this app.

1. The products especially for the clothes should have multiple colors, it can't do the change on [ Customize Product ] page . 2. [ Store Plan ] only provide 50 customizable products, that's not enough for us to use , can it cheaper or provide more customizable products but keep the same price ?

Amazing App!! We have implemented this app into our store to allow our customers to design their own mouthguards. We have had customers asking for this type of app for a while now and as soon as I saw the Product Customizer app I knew it was exactly what we were looking for. The team have been very helpful especially Andrius who has helped us through every step. If you are looking for a customising app then this is the one for you!
