Upsell & Cross‑Sell SmartFlow

Been running my tackle shop online since 2011 and I have tried four of these upsell apps. Smartflow stuck. The builder you just drag the pieces where you want them, took me an afternoon. Countdown clock got more people moving than I thought. Letting them pick the size right on the offer matters when you sell waders. Support answered me on a Sunday. Shipping rate part confused me a while, and I want a phone app.

Customer doesnt re enter payment info which is the whole reason these things convert. funnel breakdown in the app is more detailed than i expected

The customer profile targeting has worked well for us and the shipping configuration options are flexible enough for our setup. I do think the dashboard could surface important metrics sooner, and I'd appreciate a few more customization choices for how offers appear. Still, it has delivered good results.

I mainly installed it for offer targeting, but the analytics ended up being just as valuable. Seeing revenue tied to individual funnels makes decisions a lot easier.

Our catalog has a lot of product combinations so finding relevant add-on offers used to be messy. This tool handles that much bettter than what we had before, and I like being able to tweak display rules without needing help from anyone else. The conversion data is usefull when comparing campaigns too. One thing I'd add is a faster way to duplicate funnels, that would save some time.

Not someone who usually leaves reviews but this has been useful. I can set different offers based on previous purchases, which saves me a lot of manual work. The reporting section gives me enough detail to make decisions. Would be nice if there were more examples for first time users though.

The customer targeting is surprisingly flexible, the variant selection works well for products with lots of choices, and the analytics break things down in a way thats easy to follow. I also appreciate having control over shipping settings in the same place. I would love a darker dashboard theme, and maybe more export options for the reporting section. Overall, very happy with it.

What stood out to me was how much control it gives over offer displays. I also like being able to adjust shipping rules without jumping through extra steps. Been a solid addition so far.

Very cool app!

The timers and quantity limits are perfect for limited releases. Smartflow made launching flash deals much easier and the stats help us plan better.
