This is definitely a fraud, as i cancelled my subscription two month ago, however it's still charge me 109usd per month, unable to login, unable to cancel it. Don't know where i can reach out to, Please don't fall with this trap, totally a fruad, and very disappointing with this app creator.

This is one of the most elaborate scams I’ve seen in an app. I canceled my trial less than an hour after installing the app, yet I was still charged twice by different AI tools under the same platform, including their highest plan. To this day, I have not received any refund. There is no real support team, no clear way to contact them, and you cannot even remove your credit card information. Extremely unethical practices. Avoid at all costs.

this App charge me 109 dollars, no package cost this amount so this was abuse by the Smartlii app, and even after they charge me every time i try to log in is going straight put my bank details again, do not fall for this app not working and double charging from your account. this is fraude

when you cancel the product the same day you install it, they try to force through a payment of 152.00 USD do not even install them , they are scammers. I have not received ANY EMAILS from your company and you just tried to bill me again. What is your contact email? I have contacted both of these emails an NOTHING has been done , no response. Quit billing me or my next step will be to start legal action. both of your emails I have contact ENDLESS times are [email protected] and [email protected] . fix now or else

Check trust pilot as well, similar complaints from other users. Worst experience, they continue charging my card even after cancelling. And not refunding it. Even I sent them emails confirming their staff clearly mentioned in email that " they are are sorry to see me leave" they were well informed about the cancellation. They continue to charge me and not refunding. If they were well informed about I am leaving on 5 June, how can they say I didn't cancelled or continue charging my card and not refund.

J'avais laissé un avis négatif, et on m'a promis un remboursement si je le supprimais. J'ai accepté et supprimé l'avis, on m'a assuré que je recevrais le remboursement sous 5 jours. Cela fait maintenant un mois et toujours rien. J’ai tenté de les recontacter, mais depuis, plus aucune réponse. Je trouve cette manière de faire totalement malhonnête. Promesses non tenues, service client inexistant une fois qu’on a ce qu’ils veulent. Très déçu attention a cette application

In the advertising there is a free account, so that way you can test it, but when you load it to your store no free account and wont let you test it without choosing a plan... WATCH OUT - Still waiting on Support to answer my questions

So, long story short....I cancelled a trial wiithin the trial period. Was then charged an obscure amount. Emailed on three occasions demanding a refund with no reply. Contacted shopify who contacted the app developer demanding the same. They also received no reply. After this I left a negative review. It was only after this that Rochelle contacted me asking for me to remove my review promising me that if I did so I would receive a full refund. After removing the review no refund was given! Disgraceful!! They basically tried to bribe me into removing my honest review and I felt backed into a corner and took it down as I really needed to get the money back. So upon looking at my bank statement today they have gone and charged me again. I am absolutely livid!! This is shocking behaviour. I will be contacting my bank to report fraudulent activity. I am just starting up my shop and have no income from it yet and do not have really have spare cash hanging around to give away to people like this. They tried to say as I cancelled the app on the shopify storefront I would not be entitled to a refund they said it needed to be done on their website.....what on earth??? At no point was this stated anywhere and I only ever accessed the app on the shopify platform and was not even aware that they had a website. I am disgusted with this company and will be reporting them again to shopify. STEER CLEAR, no doubt they try to contact me again with more lies whilst asking me to remove my review. This time they will be ignored and this review will stay up here for all to see. Incidentally looking at reviews othet have had the same issue. So proceed at your own peril!
