Revivia review for Smartreply AI Customer Service

In my opinion the app didn't provide any good overview of how to set things up. Hence, I scheduled an onboarding call. I stayed awake until midnight to do the call, as the timezones were not matching. No one showed up to the meeting and even after sending them an e-mail, I never heard anything back. Would definitely not recommend if you want to be taken seriously as a client.
