Great app so far and best support. Struggled with brandwise for weeks, negative comments not hidden and ai moderation absolute trash. Hoped on a call with Smart reply, they helped setup from a to z , and we solved problems i struggled with for weeks with brandwise. Cant recommend enough.

SmartReply has been a game changer for our business. We were specifically looking for an AI auto responder for social media that could be deeply trained on our brand voice, customer service style, and technical language, and SmartReply has exceeded our expectations. What sets it apart is that it does not feel like a shallow automation tool. It allows for highly sophisticated, customized responses that truly reflect our founder-led brand ethos and the way we communicate with our audience. That has been incredibly important for us. It also helps us stay engaged with customers outside of business hours, which gives us breathing room to follow up personally while still keeping response activity strong on social media. That balance between automation and authentic brand communication is exactly what we needed.

This app is very easy to use, and configuring the rules and instructions to work with the system is straightforward. Compared to other apps we’ve tried, this one is much easier to navigate and truly user-friendly. I also had a call with one of their guys, and he thoroughly walked me through everything I needed to know to get started. The onboarding experience was smooth and very helpful. Highly recommended!

Smart reply is now one of the most essential tools we use. Not only does it save hundreds of labor hours, but it actually increases the success of our meta ads through better engagement and fast response time. Great tool and great guys over at smart reply.
