Great except for these issues: 1. When I duplicate a newsletter, the size of images and border colors of buttons are different from the original newsletter. I've reached out several times and have been told to create from template. What is the purpose of the duplicate newsletter feature then? 2. When I duplicate a newsletter, it doesn't appear in the "Drafts" tab.
Hi Seek Shine team! ☀️ Thank you for your feedback, it looks like you experienced an issue with the "Copy as draft" option. The behavior described here is not the way SmartrMail is supposed to work, thank you for reporting this. As mentioned by our team through our in-app chat, this issue in your account was fixed on the 11th of September, allowing all your future "Copy as draft" actions to work as expected.
