I just switched over from using Constant Contact, and I'm still learning my way around. The support team was awesome and very engaged in helping me get my first newsletter out. I love that the product blocks are directly tied to my store; just pick a product, and it loads all the necessary info and links. So far so good!
I have been using SmartrMail for 5+ years for my retail shop. THEY HAVE NOT VERIFEID MY ACCOUNT, AND CHARGING ME PAYMENT EVERY MONTH OF $65.93. THAT'S SO WRONG. I HAVE NO IDEA, WHERE THIS COMPANY IS LOCATED, AND WHAT TYPE OF LAW THEY ARE FOLLOWING.
