We switched from Recharge to Smartrr and it was totally worth it! Smartrr is user-friendly and the team helped us throughout the entire transition. They are also super quick in answering any questions we have as well. 100% recommend!

We switched from Recharge to Smartrr and haven't looked back. The transition was extremely smooth and none of our members had any issues with their accounts. The Smartrr team helped us throughout the entire transition. Highly recommend!

Smartrr has met all our expectations and more. We migrated from Bold after talking with most competitors. The migration was seamless and the platform lightyears better than Bold. Smartrr's team is fantastic. They will go above and beyond to help your brand succeed.

Best subscription platform I've used. Highly customizable and has all the features you could want - split checkouts, custom upsells to subscriptions, great customer interface etc. I would highly recommend.

Our business has massively benefited from Smartrr. We chose Smartrr after deciding to leave Bold due to their lack of support and new features. Since then, both Smartrr's product and Smartrr's team have greatly exceeded our expectations. Would highly recomend!

Switched from Recharge to Smartrr about a week ago, and I have only rave feedback so far. My feedback falls into two buckets: Customer Service, and UX. The customer service has been out of this world. They handled the migration like they could do it in their sleep, and worked closely with us on any hiccups (there was only one, having to do with Stripe). They were proactive, responsive, communicative, QUICK to answer and resolve any issues, quick to create custom solutions for our one-off issues. And it didn't stop with the migration. Since then, they've worked with our customer delight team to ensure they're trained up and know how to navigate everything on the back and front ends as well. The "white glove" promise is real, y'all. UX. Hands down the best consumer-facing UX I've ever seen out of the box for a subscription app. It just. Works. It's streamlined. It's easy. It makes sense. I love it. My only regret is not making the migration sooner, but Smartrr has a wait list. Trust me when I tell you, it's worth the wait.

We have been using SMARTRR since October of 2021. The team is has been nothing but helpful on the backend and is always willing to go the extra mile to help and give guidance. In terms of the actual technology, it makes the building out of subscription cleaner than other platforms. The analytics overview also allows for you to make data driven decision as we are continuing to build out an refine our subscription program.

Smartrr has really been a game changer for by brand and our customers. It's much more user friendly than recharge and our customers love the look and feel of their account page. Plus the support is incredible! They really care about the success of their vendors and definitely suggest making the switch.

Just recently went live with Smartrr and we are incredibly impressed! We self onboarded and the launch was quick and painless and the app is so easy to use. The Smartrr team has also been incredibly helpful and attentive. We are excited to be growing with them!

This was the easiest software decision I've ever had to make! Smartrr is 1000000x better than any subscription software out there and our customers are saying the same. We received complaint after complaint while using other subscription providers (you probably know who I'm talking about) and our CX tickets for customer service were through the roof. With Smartrr, our churn has significantly decreased, our customers are incredibly happy (and actually buying more - so our LTV is very happily increasing) and we are scaling our subscription business very efficiently. If you haven't already - time to make the move over to Smartrr!

Moving to Smartrr has improved our subscription management and the direct integration with Shopify checkout allows us to cut down on using multiple vendors for subscriptions!!!! The team is always looking for feedback to improve the product.

The Smartrr team and app are way "smarter" than the other subscription management apps in the market. Been so impressed by the technology, the UX, the ease of use from an admin perspective but also for our subscription customers. The technology is far superior, they are open to suggestions and feedback (even though, again, their app is already so much more superior than others) and their customer service to us as a brand is top notch. We can't speak more highly of them and have referred them to everyone we know. 100% you won't regret using Smartrr. We've been a customer for a while now and aren't looking back.

Extremely, extremely, extremely impressed. We switched to smartrr after a solid stint with another popular subscription management app. I wish we would've changed way sooner. Their onboarding process is elaborate but efficient, answering any and all questions quickly and effectively. They're incredibly flexible when it comes to design and implementation and great communicators. There wasn't an email sent that wasn't responded to within the day or, more commonly, the hour (Shoutout to the representative to my store's account, Casey). The platform itself has received rave reviews from our subscribers. The portal was designed almost entirely by the smartrr development, and it flows with our current theme beautiful (with practically no edits on our end...and we're picky). Their features are vast and intuitive, and integration from our last service to this was seamless. Well after our go-live date I reached out to our rep (again, Casey) and asked for some help changing some of the formattings of the app on our product page. I shouldn't have been surprised, but he got back to me hours later, fully willing to help. I can confidently say it's been the best experience we've had with a Shopify app. The functionality, customer service, and ease of use/integration has been unmatched. Could not recommend anything more. .
