not recommended. App doens't work for loads of countries. Cost per sms is also very expensive. cs replies once every week, so unable to fix things or ask questions when you need help. Added 30usd as credit, can't get our money back. BAD Edit: Customer support response time was very very slow. But after my review, THEY suddenly took the initiative, and responded very fast. A bit dissapointed it had to go like this. About the app: it is very basic. It works, and is easy to install. So if you're a beginner and don't want to spend too much time on this, it is a okay choice. However its also quite expensive. 50 cent for 1 sms is a lot imo.

We do not recommend this app. It sends SMS marketing messages to customers who did not give consent, which creates serious legal and compliance risks for our business. We contacted customer support at least 5 times about this issue. Each time, they assured us it was fixed. It was not. The problem happened again. This is extremely unreliable, both the app and the customer service. If you care about compliance and protecting your business, stay away.

It's fairly basic, but I at least like that it doesn't require the customer to xxxxxxx. It's fast to set up too, unlike Klav--. It's a good temporary measure to get efficient abandoned cart reminders up and running, but as soon as the store becomes bigger I'm personally moving to a cheaper alternative. I think Klav-- is about 1/3 the price per SMS.
