great service and app too 10% conversion rate perfect extra money
Works like it should. no problems so far
not recommended. App doens't work for loads of countries. Cost per sms is also very expensive. cs replies once every week, so unable to fix things or ask questions when you need help. Added 30usd as credit, can't get our money back. BAD Edit: Customer support response time was very very slow. But after my review, THEY suddenly took the initiative, and responded very fast. A bit dissapointed it had to go like this. About the app: it is very basic. It works, and is easy to install. So if you're a beginner and don't want to spend too much time on this, it is a okay choice. However its also quite expensive. 50 cent for 1 sms is a lot imo.

We do not recommend this app. It sends SMS marketing messages to customers who did not give consent, which creates serious legal and compliance risks for our business. We contacted customer support at least 5 times about this issue. Each time, they assured us it was fixed. It was not. The problem happened again. This is extremely unreliable, both the app and the customer service. If you care about compliance and protecting your business, stay away.

When you first reported this issue, our team immediately investigated and identified a flaw in how consent data from Shopify was being interpreted. Unfortunately, while we initially believed the problem had been resolved, a deployment oversight meant the corrected logic was not fully active in production. We acknowledge that this led to repeated incidents and understandably damaged your confidence in our app. Once the root cause was fully identified, we deployed a permanent fix that validates explicit SMS marketing consent before any SMS is sent. We also added additional safeguards and monitoring to prevent similar issues from recurring. Following the fix, we continued working with you on subsequent questions and edge cases, including consent validation, abandoned cart triggers, customer data synchronization, and SMS delivery behavior. In your later correspondence, you confirmed that the consent issue appeared to be resolved and that the app was functioning correctly again. We sincerely regret the frustration and inconvenience this situation caused. Compliance and merchant trust are priorities for us, and we have used your feedback to improve both our product and our internal release processes. I use Drip as my abandoned cart email tool and I have really solid results for conversions. Then I started to notice I was getting more and more people that would abandon, but I didn't have an email address....but I did have a phone number. That problem, lead me to this app. I am going to tell you right now, just get this app. It is that simple. If you need more details, read on. I downloaded the app, and had it up and running in less than 10 minutes--that did include my customization. I set it up with 2 text messages. The first text message goes out 10 minutes after a cart is abandoned and offers a 10% discount code (that I can track),. The second goes out 24-hours later and offers free shipping. In the two weeks that I have been using this, I have converted 5 orders for a grand total of $508 in FOUND MONEY. The app suggests that you turn off the email part, but I am comfortable using both Drip and this for my abandons.... Oh, and did I mention it is cheap? The cost for a text message is dirt cheap. I added $10 and think that will last me a good long time. If you are looking for a cart abandonment tool that can send text messages...this is it.
