Says 'Free,' but your website lists a $9 /month, are you actually offering free or charging for it?( Monthly Subscription 9 $ (USD) /month for unlimited SMS)I don’t intend to leave feedback; I’m just a bit confused.

Good app! Sending SMS with my own number is an excellent feature and works good. It would be even better with added functionalities like abandoned cart reminders or custom rules.

While the concept behind the app is promising, its execution leaves much to be desired, particularly on the iPhone platform. The app is difficult to navigate, lacks clear instructions, and contains grammar errors. The support team is often unhelpful; when I email them, they frequently fail to address all my questions, requiring additional follow-ups. Moreover, the iPhone app does not offer automation or push notifications, and there are instances when the app fails to open, or logging in takes an unreasonably long time. Errors in order numbers and phone numbers have also prevented me from contacting buyers. To improve, I suggest providing detailed guides or instructional pages for the iPhone app. When I inquired about this, my request was ignored. A more professional support team would also make a significant difference, as the current support often comes across as defensive and dismissive. It appears that the owner personally handles feedback and tends to take comments too personally, which further impacts the user experience.
I have answered all the questions by email, dozens of emails. and each time, I requested that you use our online request system for better tracking based on the type of request. I have provided assistance at every level and done my best to simplify the user experience. A new update will soon be available to make things even easier. Errors have been made due to incorrect use of the base Shopify file. I hope to see you as a user again in the future.
