Thank you to Samir and Neha Shah for their support during our onboarding process. They were helpful in guiding us through the setup for transactional and promotional SMS and in clearly explaining TRAI and DLT compliance requirements. We also appreciate their offer to assist with WhatsApp onboarding through their panel. That said, we would like to highlight a couple of concerns: 1) The WhatsApp messaging feature currently supports only transactional messages and does not allow promotional or bulk messaging. 2) SMS credits are charged for all messages submitted for sending, even if they are blocked due to DND, operator issues, or barred numbers. This can consume a significant portion of the credit balance, and reversals are not provided in such cases. Overall, the team is supportive and knowledgeable, but clarity on these limitations and charging policies would help customers plan better. Vivek Nair healthcare nt sickcare
