Fluff review for Yotpo Email Marketing & SMS

As a new SMSBump user, this review is mainly intended to praise the clear structure of the App's features and how they work and most importantly to thank the absolutely spot on customer service in the 24/7 chat. Today I was assisted by Iven with clear guidelines and quick responses, I've rarely been assisted with such high standards. Note: I suggest adding a file-attachment feature at the bottom of the chat so that we can send multiple screenshots all at once and not have to receive permission to add one file at a time.
