I have been using this app for a while now and I think I can leave a meaningful review. Yotpo is a fantastic Shopify app for sending SMS to customers, but also email. It's easy to use and highly effective in reaching customers on their mobile phones where they are most active. I also like thend powerful analytics to track your results. It integrates seamlessly with Shopify, making it easy to set up and use. The customer support team is also very helpful and responsive to any questions or concerns.
