I needed help with getting my API key, and Joann C. was incredibly fast in helping me, and she was polite! Then I needed help with validating my number as well as figuring out where to customize my pop-ups for SMS, and Aleksandar V. was super helpful and friendly. It's 4:00 a.m. for me, so I thoroughly appreciated having someone available at that moment to help. Loving this app, and their customer service is top-notch!
