I was a little frustrated at first by this platform being so new to me but I must say, the CHAT support is like no other!!!! Hands down - Best chat support EVER. I use a lot of platforms and there is no other support like this one. Quick to answer you but they also provide a guidance video for visual learners like myself to further help you. They'll send you a step by step message but if that is still too overwhelming, they'll go ahead and send a video guiding you step by step. Special thanks to Gen!!!
