Just spent an hour on the phone with Chris. Not only was Chris exceptionally knowledgeable and patient, but he showed me some of the current industry best practices and ways to improve our SMS/MMS game plan. I had a lot of things I was doing wrong, and he showed me immediately how to fix them, even suggested some wording, and gave me some ways to improve it in addition to some credits to sell even more! The ROI as you've seen in the YouTube videos is absolutely real (we are in the tens of thousands as the USA target market texts literally cost us 1 cent for SMS and 7 cents for MMS).
