After an initial bumpy customer service experience, I am updating this review to add the app developers quickly reached out to me to resolve my issue and gave me a full 2 hour, comprehensive onboarding session. Olivia was very helpful and patient with walking me through the various functions and capabilities of the app. I will update my review again once I have had a chance to edit and launch some of the flows.
