I love this app, it drives traffic to my eShopifiz store, the customer service is very helpful, ads are placed within a day or two, around Christmas there was some delays up to 3 days so I had to reschedule my ads but that was okay.

You may struggle a little bit with the app, that has nothing to do with Snapchat is more less due to some restriction from Shopify platform. it's great wonderful and easy to use.

Hello I have a problem with the Snapchat ad app. When I signed in for the app. And I tried to update the information. the system asked me to remove all the advertising-related activities at Shopify Marketing, but when I went to do that the system refused to clear the ads.. I don't know why.

marketing activities can not be deleted. no response from their support team. disappointing experience

don't waste your time on this we have decided to remove the app from shopify and close this account our impression is that your advertising techniques are fishy Charges are changing without our permission you claim minimum of 5 dollars you don't allow it to save you change it to 50 when we try from shopify it says minimum for the same thing is 20 per day yet it still forces 50 an organization that uses these type of practices is not honest - we don't want anything to do with it we also think that if it had any real marketing value it will not have resorted to these kind of methods
