1 star is a lot for this app. it will work good in the very beggining. then you will get charged for deleted or paused ads. lets not talk about costumer service they either dont know what they are doing or they simply dont want to help. also, there is an ad that i created and they decided to stop saying it reached the budget which is clearly did not i can see the number of clicks on shopify its nowhere near the numbers they showed me. this app is a mess it designed to suck your money with nothing in return. i forgot to mention the terrible algorithm . they will literally show your ad to everyone except for people who really want to see your ad no matter how many times you try to edit your information

this app crashes alot and it was not enabling tme to run my black friday campaign

this is the worst ever service i have ever had i deleted the ad campiagn and i am still being charged daily without any conversion NEVER USE IT

Very hard to use, lots of the ads are rejected with no real reason, and lots of technical issues, meta is much better in managing their ads.

Horrible experience no proper support from the Snapchat team Simply closing the chat boat and no replay for mails

Is not working. Besides, I should be able to select the products or collections I want to advertise. It doesn't make sense promoting everything in my store

its better but not applicable most of the countries. It should give access to all countries. Secondly I found it bit expensive ad marketing.

snapchat STOLEN $100 FROM MY ACCOUNT Not sure what's going on at all. I tried to start an ad. I created an "Activity". I've got an email from Snap Team that my "ads have been approved", but it said on Shopify that my ads was in "review". Then withdrawn from my account began. One by one. Money was withdrawn from my PayPal account by Snap Group Limited for total cost $100 USD. I deleted a snap app and even after that they continue to charged my PayPal account. I tried to contact Shopify support and they created a refund case. Then snapchat sent me a message, that they can't find my email and that they closed a case without refund. I CONTACTED SHOPIFY SUPPORT THE SECOND TIME AND THE SITUATION WAS THE SAME. snapchat JUST STOLE MY MONEY FROM MY ACCOUNT AND DOESN'T REPLY TO MESSAGES. I have no idea what to do. I don't recommend to have business with frauds. STAY AWAY!

Very Crazy Very crazy. They are not transparent. you never know how much and for what you pay. as i installed there app. they just started to cut mony cut mony. However after one day paying too much money i decided to delet there app but they still cut my money. a very crazy company Never again

marketing activities can not be deleted. no response from their support team. disappointing experience

don't waste your time on this we have decided to remove the app from shopify and close this account our impression is that your advertising techniques are fishy Charges are changing without our permission you claim minimum of 5 dollars you don't allow it to save you change it to 50 when we try from shopify it says minimum for the same thing is 20 per day yet it still forces 50 an organization that uses these type of practices is not honest - we don't want anything to do with it we also think that if it had any real marketing value it will not have resorted to these kind of methods

Will take your money and give you nothing, like pouring quarters into a broken vending machine, except this one is digital and it can steal a lot! No reporting, no clue where the money goes.

This app won't even download onto safari with shopify. Im concerned that snapchat isnt good for converting at all. Had 5+ thousand swipe ups and not a single sale. wouldn't recommend it

WARNING! This app has a bug which will prevent you from modifying your campaigns within the app once they are launched. Snapchat will not refund you for any charges that are incurred by this defective app. If you choose to use Snapchat as an advertising partner, make sure to use Snapchat's native dashboard, and not this app.

I tried it and would never use it again. Story too long to write here, but summation, in one word would be "rip-off". I allotted $60 for 3 days. I tried to change $ amount $5, but APP would keep changing it back to $20. After they practically stold $120 from my PayPal account. I finally had to cancel Credit Card because they had no number to call on web-site and e-mail response that did not resolve any issues rather made it more aggravating. I removed APP and called Shopify for Help after seeing no Support number and Shopify found it odd that SNAPCHAT was charging me off of Shopify's Platform. In other words no record of APP. The email response from were made up screen prints saying I picked 10 days. Then the next email said I did not have an end date. WOW just Ridiculous. Never Again. Shopify should remove APP.
