I'm new here, so I don't have a ton of experience with Shopify per se', but I've been designing and selling clothes on a national level for over 30 years, and these guys are great. Fair pricing and everything was so much more simple for New Guy than just about anyone else. Great job Printy6!!

I want to work with Printy6 and gave them a chance. Their app is great, but they have issues within ordering/production from what I've experienced so far. Customer support is very good. Minus 1 star about the mistake with my orders. I will certainly make it a five once more orders come in. Relieved. Order 1 (1 pair of shoes) = Great. Order 2 and 3 (4 pairs of shoes) = Received wrong shoes & got replaced but received 2 sizes too big, so the replacements of the replacements were wrong. They offered to send replacements again, which shows that they want to correct their mistakes and this is a good sign. I have received the replacements of the replacements, and my customers are happy with their items. Order 4 (1 pair of shoes) = Great. Order 5 (1 pair of shoes) = Great. Order 6 - Waiting for the Wuhan Virus to calm down. Customers have contacted me with concerns about the spread of the virus...

This app has a lot of potential and very user friendly. However, it needs better mock-ups of the shoes instead of just showing one shoe side. Customers will want to see a full view of the shoe design both right, left and top of shoes as this will increase conversion rate on sales. Please add more mock-ups of the shoe views. Or allow the shoe to be rotated for different views all around. Will give it 5 stars when more mock-ups of shoe views are available.

Printy6 is very easy to use. The app has a lot of options when it comes to products and designs. I'm New to the print on demand business and have been trying other apps. this one is the best so far.

I've crated two products so far. Seems like the app works well, however I wish the products had customer reviews to make better decisions to put products in my store. I'll keep using it because they have a variety of products and the ease of use.

Product (A clock) arrived damaged. Printy6 (Snaprinting) agreed to send a replacement back in June. The replacement has still not arrived. Worst of all is Printy6 has been continuously ignoring further requests for support. This is unacceptable! I am forced to refund the entire purchase price to my customer.
