Rating: ☆☆☆ I’m not happy with SocialPilot so far. There are no clear instructions on how to remove a social account from the platform, which is very frustrating. It advertises the ability to connect up to 10 accounts, but I’ve only been able to add 5. Nowhere in the app does it clearly state these limitations. I reached out to support, but there’s been no proper response. At this point, the service feels misleading and unhelpful.

To help you better manage your accounts, we've now added a Manage Accounts section within the Shopify app, which allows you to remove a social profile easily. You also mentioned seeing an ad that allows adding 10 accounts. Could you kindly share more details about it, such as where you came across it? Since we launched our Shopify services, we've only offered a single plan supporting 5 accounts. We would like to understand if there is any contradictory information available so that we can review and address it promptly.
