Nexora store review for Sold Count: Product Sale Proof

I had a very disappointing experience with this app. I was charged €8.73, even though I did not use the app and uninstalled it in July 2026. I contacted the developer several times requesting a refund, but I have not received a response. Shopify Support also confirmed that the refund is still unresolved. I feel that I was unfairly charged and left without proper support. I strongly recommend that the developer respond to customers and resolve refund requests instead of leaving them unanswered. I am still waiting for my €8.73 refund.
