Overall, my experience has been good. Easy for the customers, like the scanning the item option, and it shows up on the overlay. The main issue I continue to have is certain customers on certain live sales will comment the correct number, and never receive a facebook message to check out. The next live sale it will work for them, and not other customers. Trying to trouble shoot this problem with no solution, which has constituted in a loss of some sales. Hoping the problem gets fixed, because I do like the ease of this app.

To clarify, the checkout messages will work seamlessly if the instructions are followed. It doesn’t require technical expertise—just clear guidance from you to your shoppers on how to interact with the system. We’ve noticed that some of your shoppers may not be following the outlined steps, such as clicking the correct button instead of typing out options in a direct message. Providing this guidance to your shoppers is key to resolving these issues, and we’re happy to offer a final Zoom call to review instructions and address any questions you may have. That said, continued misunderstandings and frustration from you and your shoppers indicate that our app may not be the best fit for your needs. While we are committed to supporting our users, we must also ensure a positive experience for everyone involved. If these challenges persist, we reserve the right to discontinue your access to the app to save both of us unnecessary frustration. Should you decide to part ways, we can assist with uninstalling the app from our side to make the process seamless.
