I have been trying to get in touch with them via email for continuing to take a monthly fee even though I have opted out of their program per the email I got from them stating it wasnt a great fit because I barely used it. So why is NO ONE responding to my messages!!!!!!!!!!!!
We replied to all your emails explaining that we were unaware that Shopify automatically charged your store for our app after they froze (and then unfroze) your account. Your store was frozen by Shopify (not us) for several months, and then they automatically billed you when they unfroze your store. We refunded your charge when we learned that Shopify unfroze your store and charged you. Please check your spam folder as it does not seem like our email responses are reaching you.
