The platform is easy to use and navigate and includes reminders. I just completed my first shoot with Soona and am very pleased - friendly and responsive photographer you can collaborate with in real-time. We are happy with our photos.

The whole process of the shot was smooth and easy to follow. The integration with Shopify made it easy to do the payment after checkout.

Maddie with the Customer success team at soona was amazing! We would have cancelled all our shoots if it had not been for her assisting to ensure we understand the platform and went above and beyond for scheduling and followup. This is how a company gets recurring business and learns when scaling. Maddie really cared and wants to take the bad initial experience we had and make it better for us and future customers. She also let us know about other useful soona products that we will for using in the future. Additionally, the photographer Jazmin was fantastic! She and our stylist went above and beyond to capture the look and feel of the brand to produce amazing content for every product and persona sceranio. And, the models. I've never seen a happy baby for 2 hours let alone a happy baby taking photos. Thank you team at Soona MSP and support for making this shoot possible, This will help us launch our brand and get out in the world with professional quality images to reflect the high quality product.

Soona is A 1 and they set you up to win. They have a wealth of information and technological tools to improve how you market and promote your products and they have great intergration tool for platforms like shopify, amazon, and canva-to name a few.

First time using Soona and will definitely look to use them again for my next product. The shoot was easy to communicate with online and I got the shots that really make my products look great. The entire process start to finish was flawless.

We saw this company on Instagram and also on Shopify and thought they were going to be a great addition to our business to create content for us. The photography was subpar even when paying for a hand model and stylist on set. They clearly did not do any background work to understand the product, shoot scenes for our industry even after getting pictures of what we wanted. After two sessions we opted to have our products sent back to us without purchasing any of the photography. They gave us a deadline to pay the shipping cost, which we paid by the date they stated they should hear* back from us in their email. When we inquired about our products a few weeks later, they emailed us they threw out our merchandise and refunded us our return shipping cost. When we asked how could this be when they gave us a specific date to respond, they stated we should've reached out to them by the previous date by 11:59PM even if that is not what they stated in their email. The quality of the work is poor as their customer service. If we could give them a No-Star we would.

I'm updating this review as a Soona team member reached out and went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied with their service. We have now used Soona several times and have been happy with the quality of images they produce. It's an innovative service and we are happy they are doing more to streamline the process and improve working remotely.

I am ABSOLUTELY pleased as punch with my Soona experience! They are now my "go-to" for ALL of my product photo shoots. They gave me a complimentary new client order shipping label, sent me reminder emails about my upcoming photo shoot, called the the day of my photo shoot and then offered over 30 different layouts including top views, lifestyles, etc. They even tossed in some adorable props! The customer service is outstanding, the images are beautiful and the prices are affordable. Do yourself a favor, hire these professionals to do all your heavy lifting and focus on other stuff like selling your products! I will be using Soona again in a few days and would highly recommend!
