I had a problem with the return page, the page was too high up under the header and I could see the email field. I contacted Clicksit and they resolved the problem quickly!
Pleased we could resolve this for you quickly. Our new returns page embeds seamlessly into your stores theme.

The app randomly deleted all of my data. I reached out to support and they were incredibly unhelpful. Do not use this app, seriously.
We would love to chat to help resolve this issue. I have tried contacting, but please do reach out if you have the time. Our investigation found that we could not identify use of our app by your store, so there may have been some confusion regarding the apps you were using, and we have not had this issue with any other clients. Happy to jump on a call to resolve this.

We've used Clicksit Return Center for some time now (the free version) and are quite happy with it: solid app. Easy to request a return / exchange for the customer and easy to handle from the backend. I am sure there are lots of features that could make the app more productive for us (analyse the returns, give more order details etc.) and there aren't many options to customise - however as a free app this one really does a good job!

I've been using Clicksit Returns for around a month now and love how easy it makes processing returns. Customers no longer feel like they need to call to initiate a return, and the process is intuitive for them. When you set up the app, there are options for the customers to choose between exchange or return. This has been great for resolving return decisions without losing money.

I have been using this app for quite some time now. And it has really helped me manage a lot of the returns and exchange requests. To top it all it is free. I think this is the only app that lets you do all of this for free. There are a couple of things I would love to have in the portal like more details of the order such as the order date, product mrp, product cost, discount applied if any and other similar details. Also a way to update and send customers tracking ID for their exchange request.

Gets the job done. Good app. Allows to approve returns so I can issue refunds. I can tell the customer to ship the goods.

Excellent app for processing our returns and providing a FREE return service to our customer. The team are always quick to respond on the chat bot should I ever come across any issues.

Easy to set up, easy to use. The only problem we have experienced is that occasionally we do not receive email notification of a return request, so we check the app daily to be sure we don't miss something. On the whole, though, it is an extremely useful app that has cut the time spent on the phone with customers wanting to return/exchange to a minimum.

great app. Help your customers like all the big companies for returns. the only improvement i would like is a feature where the returns are auto approved or sent for approval to merchants based on order value or weight... this feature can bring alot of ease for merchants.

winter-warehouse.com thinks this app is very good for a free app. Its very easy to use. We wish it had a few more options to respond when a customer writes a comment. The comments section seems to give the customer a place to make up there own terms/reasons for the return. Idf we could comment back with an approval/decline it would make things run smoother. Once we decline we cant change anything.

Great app that has reduced the manual interface with the customer as well as providing a small saving on returns. Look forward to it continuing to develop to offer EU returns and interact more comprehensively with Shopify.

This app has being doing a great job, makes my website look professional and trustworthy. Even though it does not automatically notify me when a return request is sent, I just check it everyday at the end of the day.
