We use SortWise to sort our grouped offerings in a chronological way, which makes it much easier to navigate and makes a huge difference to the customer experience. The app itself is very straightforward to use. Setting everything up went quickly, and the support team replies quickly when there's any questions. Exactly what you need if you want more control over how your collections are presented without adding extra work!

We’ve had a great experience with Sortwise. It has made our collection merchandising significantly more strategic and efficient. Instead of manually re-ordering products and constantly adjusting based on performance, we can now build clear rules and strategies that keep collections consistently optimized saving a lot of time while improving how products are presented. What stands out most is the flexibility. Sortwise isn’t just “best sellers on top”it enables real merchandising strategy: promoting new arrivals without hurting conversion, rotating products in a controlled way, factoring in stock availability, and tailoring sorting rules per collection depending on the goal (revenue, AOV, clearing inventory, highlighting specific products, etc.). It gives you real control without creating extra daily work. I also want to highlight Andrew specifically. Andrew has helped me multiple times through online calls, and that support has been a major part of the positive experience. He consistently thinks along with our strategy, suggests practical solutions, and explains new features in a very clear and structured way. It feels less like typical support and more like having an expert partner to brainstorm and optimize with. Overall, Sortwise has been a strong upgrade to our merchandising workflow, and the combination of the tool + Andrew’s support makes it easy to recommend.
