Thank you for your kind words! We’re thrilled to hear that you’re finding our app easy to use and helpful. We’re truly sorry that you had to compress your videos due to the size limit. The shoppable videos feature was launched recently, and because our video processing module wasn’t ready at the time, we had to start with a smaller size limit. The good news is that we’ve already released an update, increasing the size limit by nearly 10x, making it almost unnoticeable. Additionally, we’ve been working on a storefront improvement to ensure videos load significantly faster. We plan to release this update after the BFCM sales period and will share an announcement for both improvements as soon as it’s live.
