Hello, The videos were hidden on your store, as the 25,000 views included in the $49 plan have been fully used. We understand this may have felt quick, but we can see that there was a good amount of traffic on the store. A good number of influenced sales also came from the videos. We also understand that the next plan at $199 may feel steep. However, we do create custom plans for stores that don’t require that many views. The highest plan is mainly intended for larger stores with higher view requirements, and it’s never our intention to force anyone onto that plan. That said, we’ve issued a refund from our side. We believe it’s important for our customers to move to paid plans only if they are satisfied with the results. Please check once to confirm whether the refund has been credited successfully to your account.
