One the best Shopify app for showcasing UGC content specially video reviews. User experience is really good: easy to setup and configure. Most importantly: it doesn't slow down the site. Also, customer support is very good. Highly recommended Spark app!

They stopped my videos a few days after I upgrated to $49 a month, with no notice, now they ask $199! For the vid app!! Please refund my current month of $49 - I am done with you
Hello, The videos were hidden on your store, as the 25,000 views included in the $49 plan have been fully used. We understand this may have felt quick, but we can see that there was a good amount of traffic on the store. A good number of influenced sales also came from the videos. We also understand that the next plan at $199 may feel steep. However, we do create custom plans for stores that don’t require that many views. The highest plan is mainly intended for larger stores with higher view requirements, and it’s never our intention to force anyone onto that plan. That said, we’ve issued a refund from our side. We believe it’s important for our customers to move to paid plans only if they are satisfied with the results. Please check once to confirm whether the refund has been credited successfully to your account. Please do let us know if we have done everything right by your store, or if you’d like to work with us on anything else to resolve this and move forward

Awesome! It solved all my problems! Thanks to Hari for your help! I've achieved all the desired display effects with this plugin, and it's easy to use! I hope they'll be able to import videos from YouTube in the future! That would be even better!

Truly a wonderful app! I had installed another one that did very similar, it cost more and wouldn't work on mobile! Their tech response was that my page was loading slowly, when it was not at all. I switched to Spark and instantly the app pulled the reels in from IG, was able to position them in whatever order I wanted and publish. At anytime I can adjust the positions as well as bring in new content to keep it fresh. I love it! Works perfect on a PC & on Mobile out of the gate. It's VERY easy and a complete no brainer to use. Everyone LOVES the Reels! Thanks Spark, well done. Oh, just download it and get going!

Awesome support & update! I had an issue earlier where other elements on the page were interfering with the video display. The Spark team fixed it quickly — now everything looks clean and works perfectly. Appreciate the quick response and solid support. Great job!

I've tested quite a few apps, but this one is by far the most intuitive and visually polished. It supports vertical videos, allows full customization — from play button styling to title visibility — and feels incredibly smooth. I especially love that the video opens full-screen and looks premium, not clunky like many free alternatives. It’s fast, clean, and a perfect fit for brands that care about visual aesthetics and user experience. Big thanks to the team for such a solid product!
