I used this app to help my store to cross-sell products. I found the product very helpful. Customer service was extremely helpful and probably one of the best customer service experiences I have had. They were able to customize the app 100% helping me save money and time! I am very happy to have found this app. Furthermore, the communication was very professional and fast! I will recommend this app to anyone who needs the feature.

This App is clean and the team behind is fantastic. Even without contacting them, these guys were proactive to see who installed the app and if something was wrong, they contacted me before I reached out to them. The App appearance is clean and I don't see any bug in the functionality. Let's see what it brings up for us.

Great support and quick response. They changed everything and made sure it was working . Didn't know anything about css and how to customise it to the look i wanted, so i asked and they fixed it for me.

I used this app to add cross-sell to my product page offering, via a minimalistic checkbox (after hours of testing bundle apps and custom coding) Works like a charm, customer service was mega quick. Fixed all within an hour of my request. Really appreciated. Able to use the custom CSS feature to make it look & feel native

I am a very happy customer. UPDATE 1/25/2024 I'd like to provide an update on my reviews for another amazing job done by Spicegems. The team done an amazing job! I'm truly overwhelmed by how accurately they've replicated the sample I provided. I haven't regretted choosing them as my partner app for my store since 2020. A 5-star rating doesn't suffice to express my gratitude for their responsiveness and accommodation of my requests.

The app does what it promises. I had some trouble finding where to insert the snippet and emailed for help. They took care of everything for me and then some. Using the app is intuitive and easy even for a non tecky person. Even changing the look of the app within the theme is pretty easy. This app allows me to present a product collection in a way that makes sense for my customers while still managing my inventory correctly.

This is the second Shopify store that we built. The first app we installed was Product Addons. This is not just because of the App, it is powerful and versatile, that is 30% of the reason. The other 70% comes down to the INCREDIBLE support of the team. We wanted to do somethings very niche to us (we offer 2,000+ products with many customisations) and they helped us without any hesitation, even helping us on a bug from the theme affecting the product page. Their support is truly second to none and deserves all the recognition they can get, Shopify if you are reading this give these guys all your awards!

I have been with Shopify for 4 years now and use a number of 3rd party apps. Have to say that Zeeshan has shown the most committed and responsive customer care yet! This App is very flexible if you are looking to offer the customisations your customers deserve. The quick view pop-up with additional information and photos is killer! Not only is the App great, but the service and support are FANTASTIC! No request is too big, or too high. The team have worked tirelessly to add extra functions we have asked for. We looked and tested several other customisations and this is by the far the BEST, both in function and in support!
