Really pleased with Spoks so far. When you’re starting out, keeping costs down makes a big difference, and the free email allowance is generous. Once you do need to pay, it’s a flat rate that’s much cheaper than the bigger names. The team have been really quick to respond and positive about feedback too, which gives me confidence in sticking with the app as my business grows. For me, it’s a no-brainer, especially when you’re just getting started.
Fantastic. We tested the waters with one brand and almost immediately made the decision to switch our other brand over from Klaviyo as well! The migration was virtually automatic; the MCP connector to our AI agent took care of the rest. Fantastic value does absolutely everything you could need for a fraction of the price. Plus their support is 5-star, super fast, super helpful!
Outstanding support during the switch I recently moved to Spoks from another provider and I’m really happy with both the platform and the price. What truly stands out is the support. They’ve been incredibly helpful throughout the whole transition and shared lots of genuinely useful tips. Highly recommended!
It’s a wonderful program in Shopify admin or the stand alone App. Best of all Shopify Ai Sidekick understands how to set it up and Claude connects to it. I’m now fully automated via Claude with converting flows and scheduled well written Seo perfect campaigns. All at $35.00 a month… no problems! Dropping Klaviyo truly a strong well developed email program and switching to Spoks saved me over $100.00 a month and that’s more than paying for Claude at 20.00 a month. Net sum gain… I save money, I do less work, my flows are optimized and producing sales, my campaigns are scheduled out for a month by Claude and are well written and optimized via best practices for conversion. That’s called winning!
We were skeptical about SPOKS at first because of its low pricing and significant promises on what it can accomplish. As many other reviewers, we also came from Klaviyo and paid an incredible amount of money for our email marketing stack. Switching to SPOKS was pretty seamless. The MCP connection so you can build emails and adjust flows /emails from within your LLM of choice was an even bigger game changer for me. Overall 10/10 experience.
