Spoks: Email & SMS Marketing

Nice and simple - easy to use. Does not get anywhere near klaviyo in functionality. Flows are challenging as the yes/no splitting is handled in a cumbersome way using filters. Another recently discovered failing is that it does not sync contacts or subscribers into shopify when they sign up in spoks - bit of a fundamental failing. However, it saves me a fortune, so i am hoping it will develop quickly to plug some of these shortcomings, then maybe i'll raise my star rating a bit.

The problem with Instagram these days is that it is very easy to be tempted by something that doesn't sound feasible for the price, only to discover that itwasn't/isn't. We are a very small business, and yet we need to use all the tools used by the larger businesses. We were using Kalviyo, and yes, it was good, and yes, we were not using it to its fullest extent because, quite frankly, we're too small, with not enough time to make as much use as we maybe would like to. My biggest gripe, therefore, was a) the monthly emails we would get telling us that we were reaching our limits and b) the monthly bill, which, whilst not large compared to many, was something that was becoming more and more difficult to justify. I decided after a little bit of umming and ahhing to bite the bullet and make the switch. I am absolutely delighted to have done so. Not only was the transition as painless as it was promised, but without all the add-on features being added by Klaviyo, the Spoks platform is easy to use, easy to understand and with the mobile apps I can check on my campaigns and flows on the move and even start drafting a new campaign on the move too! I am sure there are some fancy things I could have done with Klaviyo that i might not be able to do with Spoks, but ultimately who cares. This is a very tidy program, with a clean interface and I love it.

A fantastic product backed by exceptional support After using Klaviyo for nearly five years, the cost of our plan had increased significantly. What began as an affordable solution became increasingly expensive as our email list grew. Since moving to Spoks, we have reduced our monthly costs and found the email builder much easier to use. The attribution also feels more accurate, but the biggest difference is the support. There is a knowledgeable, responsive team of real people available when you need help. We are extremely pleased we made the switch.

Delighted we decided to move from Klaviyo to Spoks - wish I had done it sooner to be honest. I have all the functionality that I had previously and we find the dashboard a lot more intuitive to use. After two months I would say my attributed sales have increased by 25% v Klaviyo and I am saving abut 75% on my monthly bill. Not had much need for support as the software works and is straight forward to use - but when I have contacted them the response has been very helpful & clear as well as prompt. A great success...
