After years with other email providers, I am so glad I switched to Spoks. It's super easy to use; I am not tech-savvy at all. I can always reach someone if I have any questions, and you can't beat the pricing. It's the best email provider on the market!
Excellent service. I'm saving lots. Yes, there is room for improvement - such as integrations here and there, but given the cost, I'm very happy.

Customer support at this company is truly on another level. It is in a league of its own compared to anything I have experienced with similar services. During the setup process, I ran into a few issues, but after a quick email exchange with their support team, everything was resolved smoothly and professionally. The response times were excellent, the communication was clear, and it was obvious that they genuinely cared about helping me succeed rather than simply closing a support ticket. As for the value for money, I can honestly say that after only one week as a customer, this service has already proven itself to be a sound investment. The features, reliability, and overall quality far exceed what I expected for the price. One thing I particularly appreciate is the transparent pricing model. Unlike many competing platforms that seem affordable at first but become increasingly expensive as your business grows, this service allows me to scale without worrying about hidden fees, unexpected price increases, or being penalized for success. Amazing customer service. These guys are with you all the way to get you set up and running with emails. We migrated from Klaviyo and the experience so far has beeen amazing and of couse the saving is huge.
Oh my! I am loving Spoks. So much value, so easy to use, and the price can't be beat! I haven't used it yet but I will, I can now show videos too that link to wherever you want them to go. And the best bit, great support (hopefully from easy on the eyes Daniel).
We onboarded in under a day about 3 - 4 weeks ago and honestly, this isn't about the phenomenal savings the app offers compared to our previous email provider. We have experienced the best customer service I've seen in over 15 years of operating in e-comm - and they beat their predecessor hands down in responsiveness - and I can't overstate the importance of this when a company is moving their most valuable app asset, it's scary. Not an issue with these guys. The app is completely intuitive to use and so much easier than previous. The deliverability is way above the previous which is what it comes down to in cold hard commercial terms. There are some features still to be developed but any questions I've asked relating to these has been answered with confidence. As you can gather, we can't recommend this app highly enough. Best cost saving and improvement to my business I've made for years.
A friend told me they had seen an ad for Spoks but not tried them yet. I was skeptical, but willing to test it. I started slowly, with two simple flows and a handful of weekly emails ... some of my flows got messed up when importing from another provider, but the Spoks people held my hand and walked me through it step by step, and when it got to be too much for me, they went into my account and did it themselves. I've been with them for over 3 months now and I have no regrets. They really listen to their customers and are always adding new features to make our lives easier. Highly recommend Spoks!

Spoks has been a great replacement for Klaviyo. Easy integration with Shopify and the customer services has been superb. The mobile app is a great plus!

We're a small business and the price of Klaviyo is excessive. Saw a recommendation for Spoks and have been using it for a couple of months. Much happier with the results - very clean emails/posts, more opening mails and the customer support is faultless.. Thanks Michal for helping today :)

I have a small business and was so tired of paying Klavio such high prices. I decided to trust the reviews I read and give Spok a shot. I am floored. The integration with Klavio was simple. The one issue holding me back was our flows and would I have to recreate them? Even those integrated seamlessly. And the support has been instant and so helpful. David and Martin are so responsive and have helped with every question I have had. SWITCH! We need to grow our lists.. but not pay more for doing so. I am thrilled and so impressed. Real, actual, human people are what make this the best option for email marketing, in my personal opinion. From day 1, an actual human reached out to me to personally answer any questions I might have about their platform. I've been so impressed by the continued human interactions- even when I ask their AI questions, a person will follow up to make sure my questions were answered. Very easy to use. A little more "bare bones" than other options out there, but those bells and whistles come at a high price. I like that there are no surprises with the bill too. I used to dread getting new subscribers to my mailing list, as it threatened to put me into the next tier, which was exorbitant for a small list ($60/month for 1200 subscribers is robbery). I actually WANT to grow my list now- which is the point. High praise from this small biz owner.

Spoks has been great for us! I love the flat pricing model. No longer am I unmotivated to grow our list due to increasing subscription costs. And customer service is amazing - easy to get help in the rare cases I've needed it. Would highly recommend!

A little sad to see that my store does not qualify for the $35.00 monthly fee due to having way too many sku's.

Our sync is currently verified and tested for catalogs up to 50,000 products, and with over 200,000 products in your store we can't yet guarantee things will run smoothly. We switched to Spoks about 6 months ago for email campaigns. We have a fairly large list size, and they were able to convert our list and flows to Spoks seamlessly. The interface is super easy to use and user friendly. Also, if support is needed, we know real humans are just a message away. You really can't beat the functionality for the price!

Switcing to Spoks has been such a great move for us. The transition from Klaviyo was super easy. I know how much I'm paying each month and it's WAY less than before. The UI is simple and it's not bloated with features I don't use. Daniel & Martin are very responsive. We're very happy with Spoks!

Love everything about this app. It does what I need for a much more affordable price than the competition. The customer service is top notch - any time I've had a question, I get a response from a real person in minutes. Couldn't recommend enough!

Great app. Provides ability to create, manage and monitor campaigns (posts), segment customers, create flows for lost checkouts, product browse etc, create your own flow, not restricted by database size nor send count. The cost of this app compared to the features it provides are quite incredible, other providers quoting around 70x monthly fee for similar services. You would imagine with their product being so competitively priced the saving must be in the customer service? wrong - completely the opposite, one of the best supported apps I've come across in terms or speed of reply, openness and availability and depth of knowledge. If you're considering engaging I would 100% recommend and wouldn't let the recency or low number of reviews put you off, great team, great app, great price.
