Excellent onboarding and training by the team.
Simpler than most others and has all the features you need to automate your whatsapp and insta mktg with auto-replied and AI agents. Great support too. I set up everything in a day!
This app is super feature-rich. They really understand what you're trying to do with your brand. The onboarding experience is exceptional and very personalised. They give you a lot of time, they really listen to you, and they're building lots of features. It's an awesome company with an awesome price point. I can't recommend them more.

We’ve been using Spur across multiple Shopify stores, and their support has been consistently helpful. Recently, we faced an issue while preparing a WhatsApp broadcast for more than 5,000 contacts. Everything appeared to be configured correctly, but the broadcast kept failing with an unknown error. Khizar and the Spur technical team investigated the issue and identified the exact cause: our Limited Time Offer template was 607 characters, while Meta allows only 600 characters for LTO templates. What impressed me most was that they also acknowledged that Spur’s template screen was incorrectly showing a 1,024-character limit and immediately started fixing it. After shortening the template, getting it approved, and testing again, the broadcast worked successfully. Thanks to Khizar and the technical team for taking ownership of the issue, investigating it properly, and getting us up and running. Great support and highly appreciated!
Its made connecting and converting abandon carts easier. Also their broadcast messaging is very smooth. If you face any issue they help on an immediate basis. Overall a great platform for e-com brands.
Spur has been a great addition to our store. The WhatsApp automation flows are easy to set up and have helped us improve customer engagement and conversions. The support team is responsive and always available whenever we need assistance. The dashboard is user-friendly, and features like abandoned cart recovery, broadcasts, and customer support automation have made our operations much more efficient. Amazing tool. Saves ton of your admin work through multiple automation flow , customer support and AI agent features is super easy for my customers to interact with my virtual agent without my team going through bunch of customer queries. Good job team

Great experience so far. The team walked us through everything and we already have our abandoned cart flows running after just a few hours. Support was superr helpful with the technical bits. Highly recommend that you use this for your Shopify store.

Literally just got through setup and I’m already impressed. The onboarding was thorough and they actually helped us map out a strategy instead of just showing us where to click. The app integrates perfectly with our Shopify store and the flow builder is way better than what we were using before. Feels like a proper partner for our brand rather than just another subscription.
