We have recently started using Spur on Instagram and it was a pleasure to receive our first order from Insta within the first few hours without really having to engage with any customer personally. Really a true example of tech enablement to scale up the business. Looking forward to use their other excellent features such as abandoned cart recovery etc.

Good app with a variety of features. Customer service is also very supportive and helped me access many features like integrations. One great feature is that you can link products to posts on Instagram, which helps with conversions. Can also hop on call with them any time to resolve a query, which is super helpful. I recently got to know about this app and have been using it for a week or so. Until now the experience has been quite smooth and exhilarating. For the first time I am able to experience an automation and integration of all the various platforms like Facebook, Instagram, whatsapp and shopify. I cant wait to see what else this app has to offer in terms of its amazing capabilities. All the best to the developers, hope they keep on building such amazing apps in the future. A great app to increase revenue with features like Whatsapp and Instagram DMs cart recovery. Also, we love their automated comments feature on Instagram and Facebook posts for pricing details.

Managing Instagram and Facebook comments and DMs was always a pain, thankfully we got to know about Spur and downloaded it immediately! There are a lot of good things about this app - 1) The automation features are perfect and work seamlessly 2) The onboarding is super simple and most of the things are already done, it took us 3 minutes to connect everything and set up 3) The most important part is the Spur team, they are super responsive, always working on new things and available to help with all doubts! Genuinely impressed by the app, people and services!

Spur is genuinely a good app, both in terms of features and the excellent support they provide. They have a range of features that make operations easier like sending product recommendations to consumers who comment, and accessing customer queries on different social media platforms on one page. Would definitely recommend this app if you own a business with a wide product range, and you have a presence across different social media platforms.
