This app is a game changer! The automation saves so much time, and the free customizable forms are fantastic. The drag-and-drop interface is easy, and Klaviyo integration is a big plus for targeted emails. Highly recommend for boosting engagement and streamlining data collection!

The app has so many features that most apps would charge money to implement. Great value and is very easy to set up! Would recommend it to any new Shopify store.

I've used a few different form apps on Shopify and this is the best one I've found. It's super easy to use and offers several different integrations w/ external platforms (Google Sheets, Klayvio, Slack, etc). If you want a simple, easy form builder for your site, this is the one!

SK's Forms is simple and easy to use and perfectly meets my requirements. I have used other form apps before, but the experience is very poor, such as not being able to receive email notifications, not being able to open the app, etc. But SK's form avoids these problems perfectly. Highly recommended!

I'm really satisfied with this app! I've been looking for a simple solution to build a form for my specific needs and I found it! Not only is it compatible with my website, but I'm able to build multiple forms for different purposes.

This form builder is excellent! Setting up custom forms is straightforward, and the flexibility to tailor each form to our brand's look and feel is a big plus. The support team is quick to help and knowledgeable. Highly recommend it for any Shopify store needing custom forms!
