The app is great! I just want to know how do I allow my sales staff to veiw their commission through the app

EDIT: Just spoke with the company support, they was very professional and helpful. This company has an excellent support team. Just downloaded. The onboarding page will not load. I did try this on different systems OS's as well as two different networks. Wish I could actually try this app out looks promising.

This is the best app on Shopify for staff management. It automatically calculates wages based on each employee's hours worked and it's exactly what I was looking for. Employees can also register for remote access to the app directly from their phones without having to install the POS. Hanna from the support team was very helpful and responsive and helped me set everything up very quickly and is the greatest support I have experienced. Our team has been using the app up until now and it's still the best app for us. Our employees can clock in/out easily. We are also able to create schedules and checklists. It had always been easy for us to manage our staff. The support has always been very helpful. We will continue to use this app for sure! Thank you!

We have an online shop and 2 physical POS locations with shopify, and we recently added the Easyteam app to manage all of our employees time clocking. Hanna was very helpful with the setup. This app should make it much easier to manage our payroll!

A great app for simple time keeping. You can manually enter time if an employee forgets to clock in or out. Their online support chat is great.

There is a glitch when you tap the clock in tile on Shopify POS it logs in to the admin/owners Shopify dashboard with full owner permission to edit everything like staff permissions, see all sales activity, etc just by tapping alone it is the most dangerous security breach I contacted them they are aware of this issue.

The customer service is amazing, though there are a few things I would like to see adjusted about the features. 1. would like a mobile app for employees to use to review schedules and submit requests for time off/shift changes etc. VS having to go through a mobile broswer login. 2. The 'schedule' part of the app on my Point of sale iPad is not smooth scrolling and doesn't utilize the full screen so you have to scroll around a lot to see the schedules. I also wish I could adjust the layout of the employees on the schedule, placing all my full time employees at the top of the schedule and the part timers towards the bottom for ease of review. I do enjoy the ease of adjusting the shift times, making changes to hours etc. I have also submitted a request for adding an analytic stat to the reporting side, 'Units Per Transaction' as this is a stat we use to train our sales staff to be more effective on the sales floor. They were very kind and responsive and told me they would add to their updates. I chose this platform as it allows me to actually receive sales reporting for my staff and apply sales to the staff members, which shopify doesn't allow me to do. Once we have this additional stat option, this should be a great fit for my team and myself. I am currently using the 30 day free trial.

EasyTeam provided wonderful customer services and aided us drastically in getting our account set up. We have multiple locations and EasyTeam makes it easy to manage staff with commissions. Thanks Hanna, you're the best!

I'm still exploring the app and all the functions. Several days in. The response to my questions was amazing! Hannah was super helpful and thorough answering my questions. The app is easy to maneuver. UPDATE: First customer service was amazing. However, customer service has fallen off to nearly nothing. Changes to app have made it difficult to maintain and make changes to scheduling; employees have had a hard time consistently accessing scheduling. Currently looking for a better, more consistent app. This one is not going to work for us. Very disappointing.

Our staff had trouble clocking in while the system was down. I was able to message the support team, and Peter quickly sent a temporary link so my staff could clock in for both stores. I really appreciate the quick response!

The support was really helpful and efficient when we needed to export data for our staff. Although the functionality is basic, it was fine for our needs. We've used this app for a few years to track time for our retail team.
Having long-term customers write reviews is always a pleasure! π₯°π₯° We suggest trying our sales performance, commissions, and scheduling features as well- it'll help you to reduce the payroll effort to the minimum. And as always - we'll be happy to help you set everything up quickly with the POS π

Support is amazing, I hope this app will have the ability to track staff activity so managers can see what other staff members are doing through the day and see more details like product description changes, inventory changes, SEO changes and etc. That is really important now when more and more people are working remotely and Shopify is hardly showing what staff activity is when they work.
